are in a rural setting in North Yorkshire, England, known for its scenic landscapes and historical significance. Having lots of connections to local history, including  Wass Grange, which historically referred to belonging to Byland Abbey and where monks came to enjoy a rest dating back to Cistercian times.  Artists came in the 1900s to paint ,taking up their easels in our fields  to take in the magnificent views. The land has so much to give

Rambling roses, bluebells, deer and wild birds are in abundance within this 400-acre seat of rural life. Only 18 miles north of the ancient city of York and 6 miles from the pretty market town of Helmsley. Castle Howard is just a 15 minutes drive away North Yorkshire is steeped in history, boasting ancient castles, historic abbeys, and charming villages frozen in time. History buffs can explore sites  Byland Abbey just down the road and Rievaulx Abbey just over the hill  immersing themselves in centuries of English heritage.

Carr House Farm is the  perfect spot for you  16th century farmhouse dates back to 1530 and is full of history, memories and charm. The three comfortable bedrooms are characterful with warm, comfy beds with views over the south facing garden
